Ginger Beni is a delicate combination of benifuki (紅富貴), a special type of green tea with its own unique flavor profile, and organic ginger powder sourced from Kagoshima Prefecture. Known as an anti-allergic tea, benifuki has an abundance of methylated catechins which help relieve seasonal allergies. Our Ginger Beni blend has a subtle sweetness, rounded out by a hint of warmth from the ginger.
